UHF Converter "Clones"
While it's not exactly the Clone Wars, there certainly were a lot of UHF converters that bore more than passing resemblance to one another, though they wore different nameplates. Many manufacturers in the early days of UHF television needed or wanted a UHF converter to fill out their product lines, but lacked the engineering or production capacity to do it on their own. So they turned to other companies that already had a working design, and worked out a re-branding arrangement.
Here are some of the converters in my collection (and occasionally from outside) which I've grouped according to their filial relationships.
